As the year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to thank you for being part of this incredible journey.

Writing this newsletter is such a pleasure. It’s pushed me to grow, challenged me to think bigger, and helped me find my voice as a storyteller.

Along the way, I’ve gained so much from connecting with many of you—hearing your stories, answering your questions, and helping some of you navigate the possibilities of an AI-driven work world.

And, we’re just getting started.

Next year, as AI reshapes workplaces and industries, we’ll evolve too. I’ll let you know which changes are afoot in the early new year
